Free D/L of PACER |
My first outing on August 26th to The Basement located under the Graveyard Tavern will definitely go down in history. The atmosphere was chill, the music was loud, and the conversation was deep. I will not be a stranger to this new venue that is sure to be the go-to spot to hear great live music.
THURSDAY SEPT 15 AT STAR BAR |
The night started off in great fashion with Bosco. I hate admitting that I heard of Bosco long before the show but didn’t take the time to listen until the day of. Bosco’s newest release the Pacer EP played all day and I quickly realized what all the buzz was about. This album is the perfect soundtrack to a Georgia summer and combines electronic and soul. It’s fresh and will make you want to wind down and dance all at the same time. So with this EP in mind I was expecting something similar from a live Bosco show. I was greeted with full of life energy from lead vocalist Brittany Bosco and a supporting band that was so talented. I was taken back by the range and soul emitting from Brittany’s vocals. I love crowd participation so when members of the crowd including me were handed drum sticks to accompany the beat it was the coolest experience.
I suggest seeing Bosco live and your perfect opportunity is this Thursday for a FREE show at Star Bar.
