Recently it was announced that Swedish duo First Aid Kit will be releasing an album early 2012 and “The Lion’s Roar” is just a taste of what to look forward to. In early September I had the opportunity to catch an unbelievable performance of this song by First Aid kit.  I feel the deep emotion in the song with every listen and I love the build up by the pause of the acoustic guitar and vulnerability in the vocals.  Stream the track below:
